SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
We will ship products out within 3 days of payment. This allows time for processing, packaging and shipping. Shipping may 3-5 days for items that are in stock with no custom logos and may take 10-14 days to receive packages with custom logos. During this time we will send tracking numbers as soon as they are available and proactively communicate and respond to any questions about the shipping process. Most items are priced with shipping included. For some discounted items due to wholesale discounts or special sales, shipping price will be quoted before purchasing.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
You may return products within 10 days of receiving the product if you received the wrong items or if the product is not working due to our fault. Once we receive the returned items and determine the product is returned with all original parts/packaging and qualify as represented, then a credit or refund will be given.
